Contributors
In order to make colour trends appeal to every market sector, Global Color Research works in collaboration with a group of global colour professionals from various market sectors who conduct social, economic and lifestyle research to bring ideas to discuss at each season's meeting.
Those colour professionals represent a diverse set of influences and disciplines including fashion, interior, architecture, ceramic, paint, textile and automotive design. The panel members understand the needs of the professional working in the design sector and the challenges that they face in today's market.
Global Color Research organises three separate panel meetings, twice a year.
The first meeting takes place in London, where global trends applicable to all markets and sectors are determined. For the first time, Global Color Research has also gone further by researching how these global trends can be applied to specific geographical areas.
Two more meetings take place to create colour nuances for North America and China, showing how the global colour palette can be adapted to these specific markets and making trends easier to apply for professionals who work in those markets.
Companies who take part in these panel meetings include Caparol, CPS, Dupont, Kimberly-Clark, Merck, Jotun, Swarovski Crystallized, PPG and many more.
